On 2&3 July, in Amatas region, next to the recreation complex ‘’Rakši’’ (which is famous for exotic zoo – camels, lamas, alpacas etc. ) the ‘’Alpaca speed festival 2016’’ will be held (it will be the third race of Latvian downhill longboarding series 2016).
On the first day will be have practice and qualification runs, but on second day more practice runs and finals.
The race will be held in 4 groups as usual – OPEN, women, juniors & masters!

Saturday:
12:30-13:00 registration
13:00-15:00 practice
15:00-16:00 qualification
Sunday:
11:00-13:30 practice
13:30-15:30 finals
16:00 award ceremony
The course is the fastest in Latvia, where the speed reaches 80km/h. The course is less than a kilometer long

The course will be closed during the practice runs, the bus will be taking the riders up the hill, there will be security nets and matrasses on course and the doctor just in case 😉
The entry fee for ‘’Alpaca speed festival’’ is EUR 30 (for juniors EUR 20).
The entry fee If you register later than 30th June 23:59 or on the place + EUR 10
Rider can compete in just one day but it doesn’t change the entry fee!
It is possible to stay in tent at Cesu olimpiskais centrs “Priekuļi”.
