On 30th and 31st of August in Madona city, ‘’Smeceres Sils’’ biathlon complex ‘’Madona longboard challenge 2014’’ will be held – this will be the 3rd race of Latvian downhill longboarding series 2014! On the first day the downhill race will happen – practice & qualification runs, as well as the final heats. On Sunday second year in a row we will have skate&shoot event – a mixture of biathlon and longboarding. Also a slide jam contest will be held.

Downhill race course – this 1,4km course is the slowest of all the courses, but at the same time quite technical and interesting even for experienced riders

In downhill event racers will compete in 4 groups – open, women, masters, juniors. In skate& shoot we will have 2 groups – men and women, but in slide jam we will have one combined group.

Entry fee for ‘’Madona longboard challenge 2014’’ – EUR 25 (for juniors – EUR 15).
If you register after 26th august + EUR 10.

Just like last year we will rent the lovely guest houses and we recommend all of you to stay there (cost is EUR 10 per person).
